The Content
Constellations Material
The "constellation material", "a constellation" and "phenomenological expression in constellation" shall be referred to as "the works" for the purpose of specifically defining §1.f."work".
The Constellations material published under the domain dynamicconstellations.com is protected under copyright laws of the United State and extended through the terms of a license provided by Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works.
Creative Commons is a nonprofit organization working to increase the amount of creative works available to the public for free and legal sharing, use, repurposing, and remixing. They provide a standardized way for anyone to grant copyright permissions to their creative work. The Creative Commons licenses enable people to easily change their copyright terms from the default of "all rights reserved" to "some rights reserved." Creative Commons licenses enable copyrights while allowing certain uses of works - a "some rights reserved" copyright. Following legislative changes in 1976 and 1988, creative works are now automatically copyrighted. Creative Commons licenses are not an alternative to copyrights. They work alongside copyrights.
In Plain English
This section is to provide an explanation of why I've chosen to extend copyrights with Creative Commons license of Attribution Non-Commercial No Derivatives. This license is known as the most restrictive and I've chosen it to protect the integrity of the works, not to keep it out of the public domain or attribution without further rights. The works can be a very private expression of what is already in what you can consider the 'public domain'. I feel it is important to allow the material to be released into the public domain to become public knowledge but without distortion from taking the material out of its original context ~ historically recognized to be a critical problem when quoting expression. This is also to protect the rights of the expressors of the works.
