Quantity of interaction between us:

Range from discussing Constellation Work and a lot of interaction while resolving your presenting issues to no discussion about the work and minimal word exchange, only for reporting. More time spent in discussion equals less time for transformation opportunities.

Quantity of elements to constellate:

All life challenges are complex. How much of an issue you are able to affect can be different for every person and different for the same person at any time depending on their state (stable, stuck). You don't live in a vacuum and I'll lay money down that you didn't invent Earth and human form or 100% invent your body ~ you are never 100% creating, developing and managing EVERYTHING so your life challenges are intertwined with others .. sometimes many more others than you realize. This does, to varying degrees, affect how, how much and how fast you can impart permanent, beneficial change. This involves framing out inclusions and exclusions so that you are only focusing on what you can actually do, in consideration of your capacity and capabilities.

Approach to constellate:

People are very different in their command of self-transformation. It's a situation of capability and capacity, and increments and percentages is usually how it works. Complexity is full of detail.

Some people who have a great deal of trauma are untrusting of changing. These issues resolve more slowly and more subtly.

Others seem to have simply been knocked off balance and only need a nudge to reset themselves. Or, some have been working on an issue missed an element or have been taking an approach that is too direct or indirect and transformation can occur more quickly.

How I frame out a challenge is quite a skill ~ like a dance, both parties need to make an approach, develop rapport, be still to catch subtle details that elude us in daily life, then take the best approach for subtle, permanent exponentially beneficially transformation of the elements of any life challenge.

• You are willing to focus on the details of what is going on regarding any life challenge and you are ready to discover alternative choices to improve your problem.
• You'd like to take managing your life to the next level.
• You are willing to consider that what you've already been doing has lead you to where you are now and you are ready to broaden what you consider to have an affect on your lifestyle.
• You want to change a job, career, residence, relationship, location, financial situation, health affecting habits, etc. ~ a change that entails many micro-decisions.
• You have a project or a cause (or would like to start one) that you would like to grow.
• You manage or organize others and there are impediments to your goals.

A Natural Dynamic Constellation

• If you've been using every modality under the sun and you still have the same unresolved life challenges.
• If you tend to spend a great deal of time telling 'your story' as if it were written in concrete and is the foundation of your existence.
• If you spend more time talking about your unresolved challenges than time witnessing stabilization and incremental improvements.
• If you know you are resistant to change or improvements.
• If you are completely mystified as to what is going on (regarding life challenges).
• You're a 'healing' addict … you've a life time of healing or energy work and your life challenges are rather static in comparison to the time invested in trying to change them. The work has not tangibly, greatly improved your life considering the years or decades you've been doing the work.

Interaction

Very little interaction ~ as a matter of fact, best when no conversation about constellation work or your life challenges take place (you can ask during your 30 minute complimentary follow up). Word exchange is limited to you reporting your experience when asked, and my asking you.

Recomended For:

This is an excellent session for adults who just can't self-discipline long enough be still while seated at the unresolved challenge long enough to trigger subtle transformation events. (Excessive trauma, shock, etc.) Physical healing requires subtle events.

Dynamic Constellation Sessions

Changing several large important areas of ones life at the same time is about facing compound complexity. DC Sessions are Dynamic Constellation Facilitation with Transformative Constellation Facilitation embedded. Frequently during a constellation, elements of an issue require transformation to enable progress toward the clients chosen resultant goals.

This may sound odd but it's seen in EVERYONE: For example, say you've been a housewife for decades and now your kids are grown or you get divorced. Imagine years of programming and training to fulfill that role but now ~ in days, weeks or months ~ you are seeking to start your own business. If you don't work at the core, you may find many elements of that transition to be an overwhelming challenge. Save yourself the trouble by intentionally revising choices that enhance your transition instead of tackling one situation after another.

A Session includes more discussion to help switch focus from one arena to another during one constellation. This enables resolution of many, many small details have an impact as a net effect.

Advanced Dynamic Constellation Sessions

Primarily for individuals or groups who are already into intentional, self-directed management of their lives, goals and objectives. Several different constellation methods are applied according to specific detailed schema presented by the client.

Intense life transformation ~ either triggered intentionally or unintentionally ~ can benefit from Advanced Dynamic Constellation Sessions.
